Getting Started
What can I change on a task after I've created it?
You can edit the Title, Patient, and Details of any task you created.
I put the wrong patient on a task I sent.
If you created the task, you can edit the Patient on it, along with the Title and Details. Tasks assigned by you can easily be found in My Queue and filter Assignment to Assigned by me to locate. Or you can locate within the specific patients profile tasks.
I can't edit a task's title, patient, or details.
Editing the Title, Patient, and Details is limited to the person who created the task. If someone else created it, those fields won't be editable for you.
How do I delete a task?
When you delete a task, a confirmation window opens and names the task before anything is removed. Confirm to delete it, and a Task deleted message appears.
I clicked delete by mistake.
Click cancel in the confirmation window. Cancelling makes no change, and the task stays as it was.
You can only delete tasks you created yourself.
