This release introduces 1 key enhancement to Akido Chart:
- Vitals Trends - A new side-by-side view for tracking a patient's historical vitals in reverse chronological order without interrupting the documentation workflow, accessible via the Vitals card and the Patient Snapshot.

- View a patient's complete vitals history from the Patient Snapshot, giving everyone visibility into historical readings for a specific patient
Getting Started
Where do I find Vitals Trends?
Open the Vitals card and click the Trends icon. A table of the patient's past vitals opens, listed newest first. The table scrolls sideways.
Can I keep working on my note while Trends is open?
Yes. Trends opens in a sidebar on the right side of the screen, so you can keep transcribing or editing your note while you look at past vitals.
Where else can I see a patient's vitals history?
The Patient Snapshot shows the patient's full vitals history. All users can view it there.
How do I read the Trends table?
Readings are listed newest first. The headers and row labels stay on screen as you scroll. Today's visit is highlighted, and the most recent entry is shown in blue.
How do I see the comment on an old reading?
Hover over the reading. A tooltip shows any comment tied to it.
I can't change a reading in the Trends view.
Past vitals are read-only in Trends to protect the medical record. This update doesn't change how vitals are entered.
